Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship everywhere in the world. All of the prints will be shipped to the address entered on checkout, so PLEASE make sure that your address is entered correctly. Thanks! 🙂
Do you accept credit card/debit card/PayPal?
Yes, I accept all three. All prices are listed in USD, but all currencies will be accepted at the current exchange rate.
When will my prints arrive?
Prints usually take a maximum of 2 weeks (usually faster) from the time of purchase in order to be prepared for shipment, as I am hand printing and packaging each print. Prints are then shipped with First Class Mail, which according to USPS.com can take approximately 1-3 business days for USA orders. For international orders, timing will vary depending on your local customs office. Thank you in advance for your patience! 🙂
How are the prints packaged?
- All orders containing 12x16in, 12x18in, or 16×20 prints will be placed into a protective plastic sleeve and rolled up in a cylindrical shipping tube.
- 8.5x11in prints will be placed into a protective plastic sleeve and shipped flat inside a waterproof envelope enforced by two sheets of rigid chipboard to ensure the envelope doesn’t bend.
- Stickers will be shipped in a small rigid envelope.
What paper/ink do you use?
The prints are printed on luxurious thick bright white find art paper (usually matte). The prints are made with 10 archival quality pigment based inks (to put this in perspective, the average home printer usually has only 3 colors). These inks are guaranteed a vivid and luminous color range to preserve the look of the digital artwork, and are designed to last over 200 years without fading.
Do your prints have a margin/border?
No, the prints are borderless and the image shown on the site accurately portrays what the sheet will end up looking like.
What is your return/refund policy?
If the print or stickers arrive damaged during shipment, I will gladly send a replacement. Please take a photo of the damaged package and print and email it to me at matt@kilowattgames.com with your order number and a short explanation. Thanks! 🙂
